If your last name is less than 7 characters, enter an x at the end of your last name until it reaches 7 characters.
For example, if your last name is "Doe" enter Doe with 4 x's following the name: Doexxxx
If your last name is Smith, enter Smith with 2 x's following the name: Smithxx
If your last name begins with "Mc" such as in McDonald or McLaughlin, capitalize the M and the D in your last name.
