Allentown, PA city officials say they still need to hammer out details on an ordinance for sheet metal workers in Allentown. The Community and Economic Development Committee voted last week to move forward with an ordinance requiring sheet metal workers to go through an apprentice program before they are licensed for commercial projects in the city.  Some council members say there are kinks in the ordinance that need to be worked out. The committee is set to discuss it again in two weeks.
