	The story of CYVSA shows how the system favors companies at the expense of American workers.  CYVSA was required to contact the local union and place ads in the Miami Herald before claiming there were no workers available for the St. Regis Hotel project in Miami. The company waited until the last second to contact the union and delayed running ads in the local newspapers.  SMWIA Local 32 provided CBS4 in Miami copies of certified mail receipts marked October 10 for resumes they said they sent to the state.This is part 2 in a 4 part expose on CYVSA.
	In a move that is angering workers across South Florida, CYVSA International, Mexico's largest HVAC contractor, received permission from both the state of Florida and the U.S. Department of Labor to bring workers in from Mexico to install the air conditioning and heating ducts - even though there are more than a thousand unemployed sheet metal workers right here in South Florida.  This is part 1 in a 4 part expose on CYVSA.

	According to a leaked internal memo, Senate Republicans had long planned to kill the auto bridge loan as an attack on working Americans.

	In October 2008, Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison ran an issue ad about the importance of the Employee Free Choice Act, rather than one touting his campaign.  In the ad, he highlights the importance of the Act to the American middle class.
