The National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee, Inc. (NMAPC) is the construction industry’s first incorporated labor-management committee. The NMAPC administers the National Maintenance Agreement (NMA), which is a collective bargaining agreement utilized by over 3,500 industrial contractors employing the members of fourteen participating building trades international unions throughout the United States.
